In this video, I am going to discuss what Leader of the Opposition Pritam Singh said during his opening speech on Budget 2023. I quoted: “Today, the prospect of upgrading to a condominium or landed property unlike in decade past is not as realistic for HDB homeowners” Hence, I will study the performance of resale HDB flats, 99 years leasehold condominium, 999 years/freehold condominium, 99 years leasehold landed and lastly freehold landed in 2019 and 2022. This is also the timing before and after the pandemic.

I will analyze which property type performs the best and whether HDB owners are able to upgrade to a condominium or landed property today?
