The Serra Residences is one of the more interesting new launches in District 11, but not simply because it’s freehold.

Far East Organization acquired this land more than 16 years ago at around $847 PSF per plot ratio. Today, that same site is finally being redeveloped into a brand-new, freehold, GFA-harmonised development with just 133 units.
But does a low historical land cost automatically make Serra a good buy?
