Like shedding old skin, the home was thoughtfully reimagined to better suit the lifestyles and routines of our clients, all while working within their timeline and budget. One of the greatest advantages of older condominiums is the generous amount of space they offer. A question we are often asked is how i.Poise creates layouts that feel both spacious and unconventional. The truth is, we work with the space, not against it. While this home featured a predominantly rectangular layout with more structured walls than obstructive beams, we viewed these not as limitations, but opportunities waiting to be reshaped. Equally important was the trust and open-mindedness our clients placed in us, allowing the team to fully explore the potential of the home.

One of the most striking transformations was undoubtedly the kitchen. Once a closed-off and isolated area, it was completely restructured into one of the defining focal points of this bright, airy, warm contemporary home. Positioned alongside the elongated living and dining areas, the kitchen now acts as both a functional hub and an architectural anchor within the space. Designed for everything from intimate family moments to larger gatherings, it offers our clients flexibility in how they live, host, and interact within the home.

The repositioning of the kitchen also allowed our designers to consolidate the private living quarters into a more discreet section of the house, connected by a sleek and intentional walkway that enhances both flow and privacy. The result is a home that feels far more cohesive, spacious, and thoughtfully zoned for modern living.
