Did you know that you need to have a Min 4 GCE O levels or equivalent WPNL to take RES Course/Exam! And also many are unaware that being a property agent during your national service isn't allowed by the government and you also have to be 21 years and above! But fear not! You can always take your exams first because the cert is valid for 2 years!
