Built to rehouse residents affected by the SERS acquisition for the Woodlands Checkpoint expansion, Marsiling Cascadia is coming along nicely. Most blocks have already topped out, with facade painting now in progress.

The MSCP and 2-storey preschool are up too, while interior roads and landscaping are still being completed. Depending on your stack, you could be looking out over the ponds at Marsiling Park and if you're really lucky, even the Johor Strait.

Marsiling MRT is within walking distance (mostly sheltered if you walk through the HDB blocks), and the Causeway is just minutes away.
