I have clients who already know what they’re comfortable spending before they speak to me.

That’s a good place to start.

My job isn’t to convince them to spend more just because they can afford it.

When we work through the numbers and realise more than one property option is possible, I want to look further ahead.

Will this decision still give them options 5 or 10 years from now?

Because property planning isn’t only about what you can afford today.

The plan should still work for the person you’ll be 10 years from now.
