This 92sqm 4RM BTO takes a very different approach to the standard layout. By swapping around the main spaces, we opened up the communal areas, while turning the former master bedroom into a dedicated wardrobe and getting-ready space.

Green, walnut and terracotta set a warm, nature-inspired tone throughout the home. Different textures and finishes give each space its own character while keeping the overall look cohesive.
