When you have 1,022 square feet, you prioritise the things that make it feel like home. Instead of trying to squeeze more into the floor plan, we looked up. With smart vertical zoning, a lofted kid's room, built-in platform storage and an open layout, we found ways to create more usable space without making the home feel compact.

The high ceilings became an opportunity to separate sleeping and study zones. Under-stairs storage made every inch count. And the balcony brings in that relaxed, villa-like feeling that makes the whole home feel more open.
