Sim Lian Group offers $828.8 million or $1,069psfppr for a Jalan Tembusu Government Land Sales tender. This is 22% lower than what CDL and MCL Land for the Tembusu Grand site. This is also 26% lower than what SingHaiYi paid for the Grand Dunman site.

We will study the implications to the market with the award of the Jalan Tembusu tender.
