Cypress is a small District 10 landed enclave of tree-named streets between Lantana and Old Holland Road: Cypress, Maple, Oak, Redwood, Elm, Fir and Cherry Avenue. It's zoned for detached and semi-detached houses only, and few homes come up for sale.
