They're building 268 units, and it's set to be done by 2027. The land they bought cost $1,820 per square foot. Sounds promising, right? But when they launched, they sold more than 60% of the units at an average price of $2,072 per square foot. That's a profit of 31%, which is way more than the expected 15%.
