In today's video, I am going to talk about the most recent government land sales bids. There are a flurry of activities when 3 prime sites are put up for sale and the close of tender are also on the same day.

The land parcels are located along Clementi Avenue 1, Pine Grove (Parcel B) and Lorong 1 Toa Payoh. In addition, I will also discuss the bids for Champion Way in Woodlands. There are very interested bids placed by the various developers. Let me dissect their bidding strategy, potential future selling prices and most important any upside in buying such homes in the future.
