Originally a double-framed metal garage, Coledale Beach Studio is now a light, bright and compact home overlooking the ocean. Constructed from prefabricated panels, the striking exterior features two garage-like bi-folding doors that open onto the open-plan living, kitchen, dining area with an enclosed mezzanine bedroom that looks out onto the ocean through a large glass interior window.
