About Melvin Lim

Having studied Banking and Finance in university, Melvin has a natural aptitude for numbers. But his interest for advertising and content has created his drive to do things differently each time for each project.

Melvin sees every home as a unique property, each with its own character and a story to tell. He loves crafting stories, using his years of experience to identify the things that make a home special, and then showcasing them to potential buyers. This, he believes, is what gives him the edge over other realtors.

For Melvin, Home is where his Heart is. When he is not selling properties, he spends quality time with his wife, 4 children and their adorable dog, Oreo. Their family #homeschools their children till the end of Primary school before they progress to secondary education.

As an ex-sportsperson, he unleashes his competitive side through his weekly basketball training with his friends and kids. In his schooling days, he was a competitive Canoeist. He even clinched the third position in Nationals!
