It's been 12 years since the last condo launch in Woodlands, and many buyers eagerly await the new project, Norwood Grand.
However, with the upcoming RTS (Rapid Transit System), some believe that once it starts operating, more people will move to Johor Bahru (JB), potentially causing rental and property prices in Woodlands to drop.
There's also a debate about whether this new Woodlands condo is a better buy compared to those in Lentor.
