In today's video, I am going to talk about private condominiums in the Marine Parade area. I will study the condo along my morning run which will center around the upcoming Marine Parade and Tanjong Katong MRT station along the Thomson-East Coast line. I will be covering the performances of 12 condominiums in Marine Parade. I will only compare them for the last 5 years, which is from 2018 to 2023.

The condos that I will be comparing are Amber Skye, Silversea, Coralis, The Cape, Amber Point, The Shore Residences, The Eastside, Marine Blue, The Palladium, The Seaview, Spring @ Katong and King's Mansion.
