Recent GLS Sold - What Is The Future Selling Prices?

I am going to recap some of the government land sales that were sold from the earlier part of this year. Till date, there are a total of 6 GLS sites that are awarded and 1 that was rejected due to the prices been too low. I will be sharing what are their breakeven prices and potential future selling prices when they are launched 12 months from now or from 2025 onwards.
