This video started out as a plan to investigate one of Straits Times claim that buying near a top primary school actually causes prices to increase drastically over time.
In fact it was reported on 13th August 2023 that prices of properties within 1km of Princess Elizabeth Primary School (the most overly subscribed school in 2023) increased by more than 50% in just 1 year.
This let me to investigate if there is really a co-relation in the increment of property prices due to popular primary schools within the vicinity.
