With TOP set for Q1 2028, Chai Chee Green BTO looks to be well on its way. Set about a 20-min walk from Kembangan MRT (yes not the most convenient of locations), most of the blocks have yet to reach the top, though one is already on its 14th floor. Progress is also pretty uneven across the blocks, which makes sense given that the blocks run long rather than tall. The MSCPs meanwhile, look to be only just getting started. A lot more to go, but progress seems brisk.
