CBD New Launch Condominiums – Are they making money today?

In today's video, I am going to do a review of condominiums in the Central Business District of Singapore. I will mainly cover new launch condominiums that are launched from 2007 onwards. I will cover condos in Tanjong Pagar such as Wallich Residence, PS100 which is a SOHO to Altez, and Skysuites @ Anson. Along Shenton Way, I will study Eon Shenton, V On Shenton to One Shenton. As I run toward the Marina Bay area. I will explore Marina One Residence and the freehold Robinson Suites.

I will also cover older condos such as The Cliff, Icon, Marina Bay Residences, and The Sail @ Marina Bay briefly.

I will also share the learning lessons and what can be done to encourage more people to live in the CBD area.
