Rajah Summit & Rajah Residences BTO Construction Progress

We headed down to BTOs Rajah Summit and Rajah Residences, both launched back in 2023, to see how they’re coming along. Rajah Summit, along the PIE, is making quicker progress at the moment, with the blocks reaching full height and window installation and facade painting already underway. Rajah Residences, tucked further in, hasn’t quite reached the top yet, but things look to be on track for its 2028 TOP.

Neither BTO is particularly close to an MRT station, but there’s still plenty happening around neighbouring Toa Payoh to look forward to. One of the big ones is the highly anticipated Toa Payoh Integrated Development, which will bring together sports and community facilities in one mega development.
