In this video, I did a honest and objective about my thoughts on the Altura Executive Condominium launch. While there's a lot of hype about Bukit Batok not having an executive condominium for awhile, the area that this EC is launched is an extension of Bukit Batok it wasn't very long ago it was just a plain forested area so it's still a pretty new town. I am not too optimistic about this executive condominiums and in this video, I've made several points.
