Building approvals by 360-degree scan: under a whole-of-government virtual inspection process, project teams can submit 360-degree virtual scans for TOP and CSC approvals. BCA, IMDA, LTA, NEA, NParks, PUB, SCDF and URA take part. Pilots showed potential manpower savings of up to 30% and TOP approval up to two months earlier.
