596 HDB resales in Q3 2026 were at $1 million or more: 187 in July, 201 in August and 208 in September. That is about 8 in 100 of the 7,409 resales registered in the quarter, July to September 2026, with records counted to 23 Oct. The count rises as more records are registered.
