I am going to talk about the impact on the property market due to the addition 3 new stations that will connect the Downtown Line to the North-South Line. This was after the Land Transport Authority announced on the 6 January 2025 on the alignment and station locations for the Downtown Line 2 extension. As we all know. Any announcement of any MRT station will bring about a rise in property value around the vicinity.
