I headed down to Bukit Merah Ridge BTO for a quick progress update! Set on slightly elevated ground, the project is slated for key collection in early 2028. Much of the development is still in progress, save for one of the two MSCPs. Most blocks haven’t reached their full height yet, though some are getting close. I also spotted facade painting already underway for Blocks 136A and 137A, which could mean they will be among the first to be completed.
